MOMTINGS RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, we do not allow for returns. However, under certain specific circumstances (significant damage to the item documented within 3 days of its delivery), we do allow for refunds.
To initiate a refund, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your refund is accepted, we’ll initiate a refund through our payment processor. Please dispose of any items for which refunds are approved, rather than attempting to return them, with the exception of items delivered in error, in which case, you will receive instructions via firstname.lastname@example.org.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
